I ordered from them because my sister had used them before and had a decent experience, so I figured I’d give it a shot. My order ended up arriving later than expected, and one of the packs was banged up when it got here, which was frustrating.
I emailed customer support and didn’t hear back for a couple of days, so that part was a bit annoying. Once they did respond, they explained what had happened and offered a refund for the damaged item. I did have to send one follow-up, but after that it was straightforward.

Overall, it wasn’t the smoothest experience, but they did take care of it in the end. I’d probably order again if I wasn’t in a hurry, especially since my sister’s order went fine, but I’d keep my expectations realistic

I ordered from Crowd Cow thinking the meat would be a noticeable step up from what I usually grab at the grocery store, but honestlyyy, it just wasn’t. The steaks looked nice when they arrived, and I was excited to cook them, but once they were done, the flavor was really flat and kind of boring.
For the price, I expected wayyy more. My family ate some of it, but nobody was excited about it, and the leftovers just sat there because no one wanted them. I don’t think I’d order again.

I ordered from Crowd Cow and it was fine, not bad, not amazing, just kind of there. The meat tasted okay and nothing seemed off, so I’ll give them that, but for the price I was expecting it to feel a lot fresher. Shipping was also perfectly acceptable, which is about as exciting as it sounds. I might give them another shot at some point, but this order definitely didn’t blow me away.

I couldn’t really tell where the info was coming from. The sourcing felt vague, and I’d feel a lot better if it was clearer and more direct.

But my gut feeling is that the selection can be a little inconsistent. Sometimes I’d find what I wanted, and other times the cuts I was hoping for were either missing or out of stock. It’s not a bad service by any means, I just wish it felt a bit more reliable and had a wider variety

My box arrived soggy, torn, and leaking, and the meat was already half thawed. I reached out hoping for some actual help, but the response felt like one of those canned “sorry for the inconvenience” messages. Frustrating when the food shows up in bad shape and all you get back is a generic apology.

I like that you can skip boxes when you need to, because some weeks my fridge is already packed with random stuff I forgot I bought. Changing the delivery dates was a little more confusing than I expected, though. I eventually figured it out, but it definitely took longer than it should have.

The delivery was way slower than I expected. I kept checking the tracking like every couple of hours, which is probably not healthy, but you know how it is when you're waiting on something. A few of the cuts looked a lot more generous in the photos, which made it kind of frustrating once I was actually cooking for my family. It’s not a bad order overall, but it would help if the serving sizes were shown a bit more clearly so people know what they’re really getting

Crowd Cow’s site was easy to navigate. I found what I was looking for without too much hassle, and the checkout process was really straightforward. A few pages did load a little slow for me, and the filters could definitely be better, but overall it was super simple to use.

When it arrived, the box felt warmer than I expected, and the ice was pretty much mostly melted. Maybe that’s not a huge deal, but I feel like it should have stayed colder during delivery, right?
